What changed is I stopped going to the gym, and I was too exhausted working two double shifts ( start work at 1:30PM, come home at 5:00AM) to really exercise. Plus my mom's been buying more sweets since she got her boyfriend and she got diagnosed with diabetes. I can go a whole year without eating a cookie but if I see it, and it's free, my fat ass eats it. I got rid of double shifts, and plan to do alternating exercise and jogging days again, however, not giving up yet!
