I was wrong Manager comes back a little while later and TL and her go off to a room. They are talking about me for sure. Manager comes out looks at me furiously then goes over talking to the IT manager. He goes into the room and all 3 are talking. IT manager comes out and asks me to come in. I go in and then accused of hacking into the system and accessing private information I shouldn't have and how I had broken laws. I explain to the IT manager that I just ran a query and had access to the same information already. He gets it bu asks how I had access and did I go around procedure by asking my friend. Had to explain how all I did was download a tool from our own servers and had been given access when joining. He looks a little unhappy but says OK. My manager then starts going on about how I admitted to hacking the system and refused to do my job. IT manager stops her a bit but let her rant about how I have to follow TL instructions when she is not there. Pointed out that TL doesn't have that title and is just another tester.
