Looks good, Just some constructive points since you asked -The mirror needs adjusting as it's frosted and blurred, not sharp like a mirror is in real it's a TV, and if so I would add a bevel and make it more obvious. Even going so far to add a Samsung logo or what not. I'd also tone it down and give it more of a matte finish that gloss. -the glasses and carafe are paper thin so look a bit odd and also don't cast a shadow. You should add a thickness to them to make them more realistic in both catching the light and also casting a shadow. I would have some extra shadow passes as some of the chairs look like they are floating. Play with the focal length and camera settings, you can make this shot a lot tighter and cozier right now there is a lot of negative space. Have a look at some shots of apartments in Estate Agents, they usually have some good standard compositions. Maybe have the main lamp off since it's daytime and already so bright. Make sure to Bevel all hard edges, there are no straight corners in real life and it makes such a difference when you are rendering.

If they are worried about to much work you can work it out so that maybe for your flat rate they can provide 4 rounds of changes etc. Hope this helps. level 2 Location has a lot to do with that, if you're talking to offshore designers who are willing to accept peanuts they'll tell you they'll design an app UI 10 bucks same thing goes for developers and whether they actually deliver is a crapshoot. I agree though, get a flat rate. level 2 I had several designers respond and the quality varied and the prices varied but I found someone who's quality I liked quite a bit. The only issue is that they're still pretty green and they were the only one who charged per hour instead of a flat rate. So it's a bit of an experiment, I'm not looking to shortchange anyone I just wanted to see if there were any steps I should be taking, both for this and future projects. level 1 Graphic Designer that specializes in Brand Identity here. Whenever I'm putting together an estimate for a client, I make sure to present a project breakdown showing the estimated hours and cost.
