Because they are so popular, they also book events on a lottery system. Fullerton Community Center - $1900 non-resident fee for 8 hours. There's some additional fees for renting security guards, putting up additional bistro lights, and some other small things but they are pretty minimal. Out the door for us, it was going to be around $3K. It's a community center with a pretty new auditorium for the reception and a nice outdoor ceremony space w/ an arch. They have chairs provided but they're pretty ugly. You can rent nicer chairs from them for cheaper than a rental company. I didn't love it, but that's because I wanted a little more of a unique venue space.
