Besides partner therapy, Women's Hope also offers its clients employment assistance. Programs for women and Men's Residential program are free for clients till they are suitably employed after which a small, modest fee is charged from them. Treatment wise, the programs offered by the rehab utilizes CBT treatment process for individual, family and group therapies as well as couple's therapy. Clients have to attend the individual therapy once weekly and group sessions every day. Scheduling for family therapy is done separately, with two to three sessions being held on a weekly basis. Of the two to three sessions held in family therapy, one session focuses on childcare and parenting skills, while other session focuses on building trust and partner relationships. Aletheia House treatment team consists of MFTs, LCSWs, and LPCs. Also, Aletheia House offers programs (residential and outpatient) for homeless veterans. The program structure is similar to other programs and includes employment services as well as transitional housing options.

Founded by a group of community volunteers, Aletheia House provides both outpatient and inpatient programs for men, an outpatient program aimed at women, as well as an outpatient program that also includes transitional housing for pregnant women and mothers. Focusing on women, Aletheia House offers Mother's Hope and Women's Hope, an outpatient program for expectant mothers, mothers with dependent children, and postpartum mothers. The project won a Maxwell Award of Excellence from the Fannie Mae Foundation. In 2005 the organization was mistakenly listed as part of President Bush's "faith-based initiative", although it is not affiliated with any church or religious group. In 2008 Aletheia House was awarded $950, 000 in grants from the federal Center for Substance Abuse Treatment to expand residential and outpatient programs for pregnant women, new mothers, and families with children. Another 2008 grant, for $500, 000 from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, went toward the Highland View Apartments. Aletheia House also provides job training services to homeless veterans under a grant from the U. S. Department of Labor's Homeless Veterans Reintegration and Veterans' Workforce Investment Programs. In 2009 the facility won a three-year $1. 2 million grant to expand its "Men of Honor" program, providing treatment, employment services and housing to substance-abusing males after their release from prison. The program will continue treatment programs begun in prison and will accept at least 60 inmates per year.
